Legal Assistant / Office Coordinator
Seven Devils Law, PLLC is a growing law practice in Clarkston, Washington focused on criminal defense, juvenile law, guardianships, adoptions, and select family law matters.
I am seeking a highly organized, proactive Legal Assistant / Office Coordinator to help me build and support a law practice that is committed to treating clients with dignity and respect.
Many of my clients come to me during one of the most difficult periods of their lives. The ideal candidate is someone who can be compassionate, patient, professional, and respectful while helping clients navigate stressful situations. I am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and understands the importance of making clients feel heard and supported.
At the same time, I need someone who is comfortable taking initiative, solving problems, asking questions, and following up when something needs attention. This position requires someone who can communicate professionally with courts, agencies, opposing counsel, and other offices, and who is not afraid to make another phone call when a matter is stalled or a deadline is approaching.
Because this is a growing practice, the right candidate will have an opportunity to help shape office systems, workflows, forms, templates, and procedures. If you enjoy creating order, improving processes, and helping build something from the ground up, this may be a great fit.

I would rather train the right person than hire the wrong person with experience.
This position offers opportunities for increased responsibility and growth as the practice continues to expand. I am looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the firm and become a trusted part of its future.
Reliability and professionalism are important, but I also value flexibility, communication, and work-life balance.
