BE THE ADVISOR CLIENTS CALL

Build relationships with business owners and become someone they trust when important decisions come up.

You'll talk with clients about more than their tax returns - growth, investments, major purchases, succession, and the other decisions that come with owning a business.

Ask questions. Learn how their businesses work. Bring your experience to the conversation. Help clients think through their options and make better decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for the right combination of experience, ability, and desire to grow.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
Public accounting and tax preparation experience
CPA license or a commitment to obtaining CPA licensure
Experience preparing individual and business tax returns
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

THE WORK

You'll work with individuals and closely held businesses on tax compliance, planning, and advisory work, including:

Individual, partnership, and S corporation tax returns
Tax planning and projections
Research and problem solving
Direct client communication
Business and tax advisory projects
Reviewing work and sharing your knowledge with the team
