Full Job Description

Assist the Regional Director with financial, administrative, and operational functions of the Arkansas River Valley Regional Library System. Performs bookkeeping, payroll coordination, office administration, records management, purchasing support and related administrative duties to ensure the efficient operation of the library system. Performs other duties as assigned.

Administration

Provide confidential administrative support to the Regional Director.
Maintain office records, contracts, insurance files, and other official documents.
Coordinate office supply inventory and purchasing.
Coordinate incoming correspondence and administrative records.
Assist with meetings, correspondence, special projects, and routine office operations.
Provide administrative support for Interlibrary Loan and other systemwide services as assigned

Finance

Perform bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Assist with annual budget preparation and budget monitoring.
Generate financial reports for management and the Regional Library Board.
Coordinate payroll processing and related payroll tax reporting.
Prepare W-2s, 1099s, and other required financial documentation.
Maintain banking and investment records.
Prepare documentation for annual audits and work with auditors.
Assist with grant financial tracking and reporting.

Human Resources

Assist with employee onboarding, personnel files, retirement reporting, and other HR administrative functions.
Maintain confidential employee records and related documentation.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
