What You Will Do:
Ascension Saint Thomas Heart is looking for a full time Advance Practice Provider to join our team at our clinic in Clarksville, TN.
Position Highlights:

M - F Outpatient Clinic
-
Cardiology experience preferred
-
APP experience is required
-
Treating patients in an Cardiac outpatient rural clinic

Working with 3 full time Physicians and one other APP with additional Cardiology Physicians and an APP rotating through the clinic

Taking care or you panel of patients as well as very limited hospital duties including prior authorizations if needed.

What You Will Need:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:

Master's degree of Nursing require
