Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Care Coordinator to join our team and elevate the client experience through exceptional service and efficient account management. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your expertise in project management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and cross-functional collaboration will drive client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking organization dedicated to delivering outstanding client support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Manage and nurture client accounts by providing personalized support and solutions tailored to their needs
Coordinate with internal teams across departments to ensure seamless communication and delivery of client services
Assist in onboarding new clients by guiding them through processes, setting expectations, and providing training on relevant platforms
Address customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues with a focus on customer service excellence
Support sales initiatives
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and follow-up actions within CRM systems to ensure data-driven decision making

Experience

Proven experience in customer service or client account management
Strong proficiency with managing customer relationships effectively
Familiarity with project management principles and tools to coordinate multiple client projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive client solutions
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and trust with clients
Experience handling customer service problems with innovative solutions and a positive attitude
Knowledge of order processing tools, data analysis, and managing customer accounts in a fast-paced setting
