Full Job Description

Southern Indiana business is taking applications for an experienced Receptionist. This position requires the candidate to have a friendly and outgoing personality as well as, excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills. Welcoming clients and visitors into the main office/lobby waiting area. You must have have expeirence in performing routine clerical work such as filing, scanning documents, faxing and assisting other departments as needed, as well as the ability to create spreadsheets and other various excel and word documents.. This position may also require running errands and light purchasing. Professionalism and the ability to maintain and support a positive attitude, .

Duties:

-Running errands as needed
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Create and edit correspondence, memos, presentations, and other documents
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and external contacts
-Salary negotiable with proven experience
