Mission:
- The aim of this position is to Implement, maintain and communicate Company Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Policies.
Essential Functions of Role:
· Supervisory Capacity: No Supervisory Responsibilities
- Guarantee that the OHS and Environmental Management Systems are established, implemented and updated according to the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Standards.
- Propose and perform the monitoring for the established objectives, coordinating the activities to achieve them.
- Manage OHS and environmental documentation.
- Perform the monitoring for the OHS and Environmental management Systems in order to guarantee that all activity records are taken, as established.
- Manage internal and external OHS & Environmental audits to demonstrate compliance with requirements of corporate management systems and 45001 & 14001 Standards.
- Support the Plant manager with ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations and corporate management systems requirements.
- Report about the performance of the OHS and Environmental Management Systems to the Company Management, as well as to the GRUPO ANTOLIN Corporate OHS and Environmental Managers, and to the workers’ representatives.

What we are looking for:
Educational Requirement: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Area of Study: Health, Safety, Environmental
(Equivalent work experience may also be considered for certain positions.)
Years of Experience Required:
· 3-5 Minimum Years of Experience with Health, Safety, & Environmental.
· 1-3 Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry
Required Qualifications:
· Language Required: English (Fluency with Reading, Writing, Speaking)
Travel Required: 5-25%
