What You'll Do

Own day-to-day GMP QA activities supporting Product Quality Systems
Manage third-party deviations, change controls, and vendor qualification
Collaborate cross-functionally to hit project timelines and quality deliverables
Communicate project status, escalate issues, and resolve discrepancies before they become problems
Perform customer-facing QA activities as assigned

What We Need From You

2+ years of GMP QA experience with a degree in a scientific field, or 5+ years of GMP QA experience without one
Solid working knowledge of GMP regulations (U.S. and applicable international standards)
Hands-on experience inside a pharma or biotech Quality Management System
Comfortable navigating QMS platforms TrackWise, Veeva, ZenQMS, or similar
Strong communicator who can flag quality issues and resolve them diplomatically
