Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Executive Housekeeper, where your leadership and expertise will elevate the cleanliness, safety, and overall guest experience of our property. In this vital role, you will oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring that every guest room and public area meets the highest standards of sanitation, comfort, and aesthetic appeal. Your proactive management will foster a motivated team dedicated to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities across all hotel departments, including guest rooms, public spaces, laundry, and maintenance areas.
Develop and implement cleaning protocols aligned with sanitation standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices for commercial cleaning and custodial services.
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery while maintaining team morale and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment; manage procurement to optimize costs without compromising quality.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, sanitation, safety compliance, and overall presentation meet brand standards.
Enforce safety regulations related to industrial cleaning procedures and janitorial practices to protect staff and guests alike.
Address guest concerns promptly with professionalism and a customer-focused approach; communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues or staffing needs.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in hospitality housekeeping management or custodial services within a hotel or similar environment.
Strong background in cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning, commercial cleaning, sanitation management, and laundry operations.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively through clear managerial communication and team supervision.
Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment use, and workplace safety protocols.
Experience overseeing janitorial operations with a focus on hygiene standards in hospitality settings.
Knowledge of management principles related to housekeeper scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance processes.
Excellent customer service skills combined with custodial expertise to ensure guest satisfaction through spotless environments.
