Key to our success and longevity is our collaborative work with the nation’s top closers. We single out agents who possess years of work experience as a mobile notary public or loan closer. We hire individuals with extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry for their ability to effectively explain to your client the components of their loan package.

PDQ Closing Agents

We pioneered the concept of employing mobile loan closing agents (a.k.a. traveling notaries) who work exclusively for PDQ. We select, train, equip and position them throughout Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee.

As soon as you fill out our closing request form or email us your order confirmation you may sit back knowing your client is in expert hands. Your loan package will be signed, sealed and delivered promptly and virtually error-free.

No signing destination is too far for PDQ since each of our employees travels and covers over a hundred-mile radius. We guarantee schedule flexibility even for your rush or last-minute orders. This includes appointments before or after regular business hours and weekends.

Applicants must meet our minimum requirements:

Dependable transportation
Proof of insurance/ current driver’s license
Ability to pass criminal background screening
At least Windows 7 computer software
High-speed internet
Flexibility to meet closing schedules
