Receptionist

Murphy Door | Ogden, UT

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift (8-Hour Shifts)

Hourly | Non-Exempt | Pay Rate: $17/hr

Murphy Door is an industry leader in innovative hidden doors, custom furniture, and storage solutions. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees, you'll play an important role in creating a professional and welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our corporate office.

What You'll Do

As our Receptionist, you'll provide front office and administrative support while helping keep our office running efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
Greet visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.
Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate department.
Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks.
Support Accounting and other departments with clerical duties as needed.
Monitor and maintain office and break room supplies.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Assist with errands, deliveries, and special projects.
Support multiple departments with administrative and operational needs.
Maintain confidentiality while representing Murphy Door professionally in all interactions.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, office support, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced office.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
