Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a welcoming, clean, and comfortable environment for our residents or guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation across residential or hospitality spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that every area is spotless, organized, and inviting. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive living or guest experience while showcasing your cleaning, laundry, and customer service skills.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
Conduct floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall floor cleanliness.
Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
Manage custodial responsibilities such as restocking supplies, emptying trash bins, and ensuring all cleaning tools are well-maintained.
Assist with housekeeping management tasks when needed, including scheduling cleaning routines or supervising junior staff in larger settings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or janitorial roles with a strong focus on sanitation and customer service.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to carpet cleaning, floor care, and commercial cleaning environments.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably during cleaning routines.
Familiarity with laundry processes and equipment is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents or guests and team members.
