Full Job Description

Valter’s Osteria is seeking professional, career-driven servers who are ready to thrive in a challenging and financially rewarding fine dining environment.

This is not a casual serving position. Valter’s Osteria operates at a high level of service with an elevated, fast-paced dining experience. Our standards are exacting, our training is intense, and our expectations are high. In return, we offer professional growth and significant earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 4 years of solid serving experience
Fine dining experience strongly preferred
Strong wine knowledge and comfort with elevated service standards preferred
Ability to perform in a fast, high-volume, detail-driven environment
Professional appearance and polished communication skills

Most importantly, we are looking for GRIT.
We need individuals who embrace challenges, commit to mastering the concept, and push themselves to excel. The pace is demanding. The expectations are high. The rewards match the effort.

What the Role Requires

Mastery of menu knowledge, including handmade pastas, seasonal offerings, and wine pairings
Comfort with tableside service and elevated guest interaction
Ability to maintain composure and precision under pressure
Commitment to delivering a consistent, memorable fine dining experience
