About Us
Monin Gourmet Flavorings has been continuously named a Top Workplace. Through our companies Mission and Values, we are able to exceed customer satisfaction while staying committed and never compromising the quality of our product. Along with being responsible and accountable to others, we acknowledge and are dedicated to social and environmental responsibility. Here at Monin we take great pride in our history but are always working towards new, innovative ideas!
Do you want to be part of a company that puts doing the right thing at the core of its mission? We built this company on a simple idea: doing the right thing is not separate from doing good business.
We are looking for an entry-level Marketing Specialist to join our team, someone who is just as excited about branding as they are about giving back. This isn’t a role where CSR is an afterthought. It’s baked into how we market, who we partner with, and how we show up in our community.
You’ll get hands-on experience in traditional marketing and branding, while also helping shape our approach to community involvement, responsible sourcing, and environmental impact. One week you might be planning a local event or volunteer day, the next, you’re helping tell the story of where our ingredients come from and why that matters. Sound like your kind of marketing career? If so, let’s talk.
