They take ownership.
They arrive prepared, assess the job, communicate with the homeowner, complete quality work, troubleshoot problems when they arise, and make sure everything is operating properly before leaving.
They also understand that being a Lead means setting the example for the people working alongside them.
That means teaching instead of simply doing everything yourself, giving feedback, maintaining high standards, and helping Install Assistants and apprentices become stronger plumbing professionals.
And just as importantly, they understand that they're working inside someone's home. They protect the customer's property, communicate professionally, keep the jobsite clean, and make sure the homeowner feels confident in the work that was completed.
If you're technically strong, dependable, comfortable leading jobs, great with customers, and take pride in developing others, this is the kind of environment where you can succeed.
At Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, we believe great plumbing professionals should have the opportunity to earn more, learn more, and grow.
As part of Service Minds, you'll have access to ongoing technical, customer service, and leadership development along with career opportunities across multiple skilled trades and locations.
Your career doesn't have to stop at Lead Plumbing Installer. As you continue developing your skills and leadership abilities, opportunities may include Field Leadership, Training, Operations, Branch Leadership, and other roles within our growing organization.
