Driven Dynamic professional looking to be a manager or director with hopes of growth and business ownership in the future

Looking for a leader to coordinate patient treatment and payments for all care plans sold in the medical clinic and med spa. This position is a fast paced position and made for someone who thrives on speed, a high level of communication and an ability to help patients pay for and receive the care they need and want. This is an excellent position for someone looking to break into the medical field and have a management level career in the medical space.

Experience Required:

Have worked directly in sales OR worked in a company with strong emphasis on sales or med spa type environment

Direct with clients, patients or customer service

Leadership role in prior position

Track record of high performance

Work history of working from teen years through schooling, etc. showing a strong work ethic and desire to work that is enjoyed

Duties include but are not limited to:

Coordinate patient enrollment including scheduling and payment

Liaison with sales and medical teams to ensure patient care is 5 star service and outcomes

Facilitate team coordination, statistical reporting and schedules

Responsible for the facilities upkeep, appearance and improvements necessary

Reporting of income, collections and expenses for in office transactions (Logs not accounting)

Oversee front office and back office to create accountability for top tier production and service at each step of the patient care experience

Inspire and lead team trainings, expansion projects and daily/weekly team meetings

Report to Clinic director and physician business and patient data necessary for operations

I decided to write this portion of the ad like the conversation I would have with someone who asked “what are you looking for in who you hire”. The other basic employment ads have not attracted the right person and I want someone who likes that this is a bit “out of the box”.

Here would be my response to some key questions someone reading this ad would have:

Why am I looking to hire for this position?

I am a very driven entrepreneur and have built very successful businesses. My businesses are all centered around the medical field because I find it an exciting endeavor to help others and be able to build a successful business doing so. I also see the medical industry as a necessity and recession proof making it ideal for the long run.

To build and grow my businesses I started by recruiting bright and eager talent. It has been a passion of mine to invest in those individuals and help them grow into the amazing leaders, executives and even entrepreneurs, if they wanted to be. I now have a company that has gotten off the ground and a few years later and is doing very well. I am looking to bring in someone who can start as an office manager and work up to running the practice independently.

This has been a very successful method for establishing excellent leadership for each of my businesses. I have often chosen people to promote from within the organization but due to our expansion and some of the people that have been with me for a very long time starting their own businesses (which I find amazing and have supported wholeheartedly) I find myself needing to reach out into the field and find new great people.

Who am I looking for that would be a great fit?

I am looking for someone who would really enjoy having their own business but doesn’t know where to start. They are driven and a very hard worker. They have the grit and determination it takes to succeed in business but may desire some mentoring to get to the next level.

I am looking for a dynamic person with excellent communication skills.

Someone who has worked and enjoyed working since they were young.

Someone who likes to stay busy and is a very driven and self-motivated individual.

A person who has a high standard for themselves and looks to win and succeed at everything they do.

While it is important that somebody has a balanced life, I am looking for somebody who enjoys and has made work a priority in their life. This does not mean that I am looking for somebody to work 60-80 hours a week. However, I am looking for somebody that prioritizes work as a major part of their life and does what is needed when it's needed.

I am interested in working with someone who likes and enjoys sales environments and who has been around sales environments or led and managed sales people. If you have had sales experience yourself even better!

I'm also looking for somebody who inspires others and he is a natural born leader. Somebody who enjoys working with others and enhancing their ability.

Someone told me I was looking for a unicorn. I told them maybe but they are looking for me too and I know I will find them.
