Job Overview

Restoration MedSpa, one of the premier aesthetic and wellness practices in North Carolina’s Triad region, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its growing clinical team.

With thriving locations in Winston-Salem and Greensboro, Restoration has built an exceptional reputation by combining advanced aesthetic treatments with comprehensive wellness services, including hormone optimization, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and functional medicine. The practice continues to experience strong growth across both service lines and is expanding its provider team to meet increasing patient demand.

This opportunity is ideal for either:

An experienced aesthetic injector looking to join a high-volume, collaborative practice, or
A wellness-focused NP or PA with experience in hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, women’s health, functional medicine, or primary care who is interested in expanding into aesthetics through structured mentorship.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary based on the provider’s background and experience.

Wellness Providers:

Evaluate and manage patients receiving hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
Oversee medical weight loss programs, including GLP-1 prescribing and ongoing follow-up
Provide functional and preventative wellness care focused on long-term patient outcomes
Administer IV therapy and other wellness treatments, as appropriate
Educate patients on treatment plans, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Build long-term relationships through personalized, continuity-based care
Expand into aesthetic treatments over time through mentorship and training

Experienced Aesthetic Providers:

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Develop customized aesthetic treatment plans
Conduct patient consultations and treatment follow-up
Grow an established aesthetic patient panel while collaborating with the clinical team
Participate in wellness services based on experience and interest

All Providers Will:

Independently manage patient care while maintaining the highest clinical standards
Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Contribute to a positive, patient-centered culture

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license
Experience in either:
Aesthetic medicine (injectables, cosmetic procedures, med spa), or
Wellness-focused clinical care including hormone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, women’s health, functional medicine, primary care, or preventative medicine
Comfortable managing patients independently in a clinical setting
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
Passion for personalized, relationship-driven care
Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset
Interest in continuing to grow clinically within wellness, aesthetics, or both

Pay: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour
