Full Job Description

Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is a leading event staff provider in the Southeast. Servicing clients in the Sport and Entertainment industry since 2005, EPI provides quality parking, access control, bag checkers, ticket takers, ushers, guest services, premium attendants, front of house and back of house event staff for numerous athletic events, concerts and special events throughout the South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia region.

We at EPI are looking for dependable, reliable, assertive, customer service oriented individuals to join our team working Clemson Tigers football games as VIP suites guest relations staff and/or parking attendants. Your primary function will be to greet fans as they arrive to Tiger Town or the suites and validate entry tickets and parking passes and assist with directing patrons and/or cars. You also will have the opportunity to work other events throughout Clemson, Anderson, Greenville, Spartanburg and the rest of the Upstate and beyond if desired!

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the ability to read a credential board, speak clearly and assertively, have sound judgement, follow direct orders, be firm but fair, maintain customer service levels at all times (even when telling someone no!). You must maintain composure in an exciting atmosphere and not be timid or afraid to speak out and tell someone "No".

Additionally:

You must be able to pass a background check.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have at leas a High School diploma or GED.
Employees must maintain a neat and presentable image at all times.
Must be able to stand for long periods of times.

Individuals working this role will be given the opportunity to work other events at Clemson University in addition to other events across the region to include Anderson, Seneca, Greenville, Spartanburg and beyond.
