Software Resources has an immediate, contract job opportunity for an Executive Assistant with a major corporation in Celebration, FL. Onsite Requirement: Monday Thursday (onsite); Friday (remote).

Job Summary:

This position supports three Directors within the Media & Growth Marketing organization and serves as a critical partner to ahigh-performing leadership team.

You would be responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination of the leaders you support. While responsibilities include traditional executive support functions such as calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting, this role is fundamentally about partnership, organization, and proactive problem solving.
Success in this role requires the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple executives, anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and develop strong working relationships across the organization. You will interact regularly with senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and key stakeholders across Experiences and The Company. As a highly visible representative of the leadership team, your professionalism, discretion, judgment, and ability to build trust are essential to the success of the organization.
Every day as a Senior Executive Support Professional is different, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
Provide overall administrative support for three Directors within Media & Growth Marketing, including but not limited to:
" Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple executives, balancing competing priorities and ensuring effective use of leaders' time
" Provide day-to-day meeting coordination, scheduling, phone support, and logistical planning
" Serve as a central point of coordination across multiple leadership teams, proactively identifying conflicts, dependencies, and opportunities to improve efficiency
" Interact with a wide range of Disney and external partners on behalf of leadership, often serving as the first point of contact
" Regularly communication across the administrative support team within Media & Growth Marketing
" Build strong partnerships with Directors, Senior Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the organization
" Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary management, trip oversight, meeting logistics, and expense reconciliation
" Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and work effectively with geographically dispersed teams
" Partner with Information Technology and other support organizations to address business and technology needs
" Anticipate leadership needs, exercise sound judgment, and proactively solve problems before they become obstacles
" Track action items, deadlines, deliverables, and key follow-up activities
" Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Here's What You Will Need to Be Successful in This Role:
" Professional, polished, and highly resourceful Executive Support Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives within large, complex corporate environments
" Demonstrated success supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, including management of complex calendars, competing priorities, travel logistics, and executive communications
" Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
" Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
" Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and handle confidential and highly sensitive information
" Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence and professionalism to interact with senior executives and key stakeholders
" Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
" Proven ability to work independently while building strong partnerships across teams and functions
" Exceptional proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability
" SAP experience preferred
" Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across Media & Growth Marketing, Experiences, and The Company
" Professional presence, executive-level discretion, and a service-oriented mindset

It Would Be Great If You Also Had These Skills:
" Experience working within a large public corporation
" Familiarity with the advertising, media, marketing, or growth marketing landscape

Education
" Required: Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
