1. ABOUT US
At Prerna Health, we believe healthcare should feel personal, supportive, and focused on truly helping people heal - not rushed, transactional, or driven by insurance limitations.
Led by Dr. Mrunal Patil, MD - a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with additional training from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine - Prerna Health is a concierge primary care and functional medicine practice based in Ocoee, FL (Greater Orlando). We operate outside of the traditional insurance model, allowing us to spend more meaningful time with our patients and focus on root-cause care, individualized wellness journeys, and long-term relationships.
Our team is deeply committed to creating an environment where patients feel genuinely cared for and where team members are supported, valued, and treated like family. We are passionate about helping people take back their health while building a workplace that is collaborative, growth-oriented, and low in unnecessary stress.
2. OUR CORE VALUES
We operate by a set of values that shape everything we do - from how we serve patients to how we show up as a team:
- Whole-Person Healing - we treat the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Time, Not Volume - we built this practice outside the insurance model so our patients get real attention and unrushed care.
- Family-Style Team - close-knit, friendly, and supportive - we look after each other the way we look after our patients.
- Walk the Talk - we live the healthy, wellness-focused lifestyle we promote to our patients.
- Calm, Collaborative, Growing - low-stress by design, supportive by default, and committed to helping team members keep learning.
3. ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Patient Concierge & Clinical Assistant is a meaningful and central role at Prerna Health - a warm, trusted presence for every patient who walks through our doors and a true partner to Dr. Mrunal Patil. This is a thoughtfully designed position that blends patient care, light clinical support, and practice operations so you can build genuine relationships with our patients and make a real difference in their wellness journeys.
In a typical week, you'll welcome patients and guide them through their care experience, coordinate workflows alongside Dr. Patil, manage our supplement dispensary and patient follow-ups, and help bring new patients into the practice through our educational seminars and community events.
Success in the first 90 days looks like: patients know you by name and feel genuinely cared for, our supplement dispensary runs smoothly, follow-ups from seminars and community outreach happen consistently, and Dr. Patil feels truly supported day to day. This role is a great fit for someone who loves helping people, brings warmth and organization to everything they touch, and is excited to grow within a wellness-focused, patient-centered practice.
