Full Job Description

Aspire Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire), is a non-profit 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization. Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest Behavioral Health Non-Profit that provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare services across six (6) Central Florida Counties; Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.

As Nurse Supervisor at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the daily operations of the program.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor staff performance, program operations, program appearance and maintenance,
Evaluate staff compliance related to maintaining legal status for all clients with matching d/c planning,
Maintain program safety,
Participate in ongoing management of budgetary expenditures and participating in ongoing involvement in program growth and improvement
Training and Program Orientation for all new on-boarding nurses
Scheduling and Revising Schedule changes and coverage
Preceptor scheduling, training, alarm training
Emergency Bag, Jump Bag, AED inventory log
Pharmacy Inventory-review and Narcotic log auditing
Chart Review and Audits
Lab Monitoring
Call rotation-call off coverage
Medical supplies, signage and equipment review and testing
Peer review chart audits.
DEA updates
Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Nursing, Bachelor preferred
Minimum of one year of experience in supervision
Level II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs. Visit https://info.flclearinghouse.c.om to learn more.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire Insurance Company, as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
