Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative processes. This role requires strong time management skills, proficiency in data entry, the ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions and the requirement to become licensed to assure legal practices are adhered to when helping clients.

Duties

Prepare and process insurance applications and renewals
Manage scheduling and appointments, including coordinating with clients and agent.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents as needed.
Exhibit strong phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and messages.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance overall performance for the team

Experience

Experience in administrative support (insurance or financial services preferred)
Comfortable with CRM systems, email and document management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point and data entry applications.
