Job Summary:
Ground Works Land Design is hiring an experienced Masonry Bricklayer to join our growing team in the Cleveland area. This position involves expert brick, block, and stone installation for residential and commercial outdoor living projects. We’re looking for a dependable tradesperson who can work efficiently, produce high-quality craftsmanship, and take pride in their work!

Starting Pay range: $28.00 - $40.00 + Salary (based on experience)

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Install brick, block, and stone for patios, walls, fireplaces, and other structures
- Read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
- Mix and apply mortar, ensuring clean and precise joints
- Verify structures are level, plumb, and aligned
- Perform masonry repairs and restoration work
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and quality standards
- On-call for snow removal during winter months if needed
Qualifications / Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in masonry or stonework
- Experience building outdoor living spaces preferred
- Ability to read and follow construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors for extended periods
- Spanish language skills a plus
