Regional Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to provide leadership and oversight across multiple locations within an assigned geographic area. This position will work closely with location leaders and organizational leadership to support strong business performance, employee engagement, operational consistency, and an exceptional customer experience.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for building strong teams, developing leaders, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities to improve the overall effectiveness of multiple locations. This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable managing across a multi-site environment, balancing competing priorities, and creating alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction across multiple locations within an assigned region.
Build strong working relationships with location leaders and team members.
Coach, mentor, and develop leaders to strengthen team performance and accountability.
Support recruiting and talent development efforts across assigned locations.
Promote a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, engagement, and professional growth.
Review performance across multiple locations and identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Partner with senior leadership to establish priorities and support regional goals.
Help ensure consistent execution of organizational expectations across all assigned locations.
Evaluate staffing needs and collaborate with leadership to address resource requirements.
Support leaders in resolving operational, employee, and customer-related concerns.
Participate in performance management and employee development activities as needed.
Promote a high level of service and a positive experience for customers and team members.
Maintain a regular presence at assigned locations through ongoing site visits.
Assess location performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the implementation of new programs, processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
Collaborate with internal departments and business partners to achieve shared objectives.
Identify opportunities that support sustainable growth and strong financial performance.
Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
Recognize achievements and help motivate teams toward individual and regional goals.
Maintain open, timely, and professional communication with employees, leaders, and key stakeholders.
Provide consistent leadership and support across the assigned multi-site region.
Travel regularly between locations within the assigned geographic area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, management, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, management, or a related leadership role.
Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple locations in a multi-site environment required.
Experience leading geographically dispersed teams strongly preferred.
Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees and leaders.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to evaluate performance, identify priorities, and implement effective solutions.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple locations and competing priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with leaders and teams across an organization.
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned region.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
