Advertising Sales Representative – Digital & Print B2B Media

Benjamin Media, Inc.
Richfield, OH (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Compensation: Base + Commission – $50,000 – $70,000+ (uncapped earning potential based on experience and performance)

The Role

We’re looking for a driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team and capitalize on the exciting opportunities in today’s dynamic B2B media landscape. In this role, you will sell advertising space and integrated marketing services across our portfolio of channels, helping clients maximize reach, generate leads, and grow their businesses in specialized infrastructure markets.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, develop, and close new business by selling advertising and marketing solutions in print & digital magazines, websites, e-newsletters, webinars, and lead-generation programs.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling, cold calling, networking, and exceptional service.
Manage the full sales cycle using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities, and deliver measurable results for clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to create customized, high-impact marketing packages.
Travel domestically 5–7 times per year to attend industry events, meet clients, and strengthen partnerships.
Contribute to team success while helping to position Benjamin Media as the industry leader in the markets we serve.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven sales experience (B2B or media sales experience is a strong plus).
Highly driven, results-oriented, and motivated by commission-based earnings.
Demonstrated team player with strong collaboration skills.
Excellent cold-calling, relationship-building, and consultative selling abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with CRM systems.
Strong data analytic skills and attention to detail.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Willing and able to travel within the USA (5–7 times per year) .
