Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Equipment Salesperson to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by actively engaging with clients, understanding their equipment needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help establish strong client relationships, close deals efficiently, and exceed sales targets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise and strategic thinking will make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including warm calling and networking within target markets.
Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potentialcustomers to work with them on their needs and desires.
Manage existing customer accounts by providing ongoing support, product updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Informing customers of equipment availability.
Providing system quotes as requested.
Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate equipment solutions aligned with client requirements
Lead negotiations and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to position offerings compellingly.
Provide technical guidance during the sales process for complex equipment solutions
Set up, educate and train customers on the operation of the equipment.
Meet or exceed established sales goals by executing strategic account management and business development initiatives.
Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills and personalized service in a corporate sales environment.
Proven success in B2B sales with Environmental and Aggregate equipment demonstrating a strong track record of closing deals.
Business development experience with a focus on expanding market presence and managing key accounts.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar sales management tools for tracking activities and analyzing performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closing.
Experience in enterprise selling, including managing large accounts and complex client requirements.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences
