Full Job Description

Project Administrator / Coordinator
Custom Fabricators, Inc. (CFI) is eagerly searching to hire the right Project Manager to join our Team!

We need someone who:

Has experience with commercial interior architectural woodwork, millwork, and/or casework
Values relationships, growth, teamwork, and accountability
Has a proactive, innovative, and flexible mindset
Approaches and completes tasks with enthusiasm, diligence, and strong attention to detail
Can identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Is outgoing, enjoys meeting new people, is upbeat in appearance and flexible with others

Project Administrator / Coordinator will assist in:

Providing expertise and management during all phases of construction
Providing assistance to suppliers through each phase of fabrication.
Managing and prioritizing multiple concurrent projects with different timelines and team members.
Forecast and coordinate project workloads
Working closely with site managers to coordinate deliveries and other site-related activities
Reviewing all project documents and drawings to ensure compliance with all contract terms
Handle design change order processing
Monitoring all activities, purchases, budgets, change orders, deliveries, and installation of each assigned project.
Working with the engineers to ensure open items list is maintained with the finance team to ensure cash flow forecasts are updated and maintained throughout the
Developing, maintaining, and growing CFI relationships with our clients, vendors, sub- contractors, and teammates.
Staying current on industry trends and business needs in the region.

Qualifications and Requirements:

REQUIRED: Minimum (1) years of experience in construction project management or equivelent expereince and/or education.

Experience with Architectural woodwork, millwork, and/or casework
Associates degree or experience in lieu of
Microsoft office, strong Excel skills
