Full Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven, dynamic individual to fill the position of Marketing Specialist to join our national member association in Cleveland, Ohio. If you are creative, love advertising and media and thrive in a fast paced environment, this position is perfect for you. As the Marketing Specialist, you will fulfil a vital role within the organization owning the production cycle of quality content across all platforms including print and digital. You will play a key role in building promotions, product roll-outs, designing and executing call to action sales collateral, e-mail marketing, and webinars. You will oversee all content calendars as well as managing and ensuring the execution of online campaigns including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Google Ads. You will handle the coordination and curation of content as well as interface with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. You will also support the promotions and advertising for signature agency events; organize the facilitation of direct marketing campaigns using internal data and external data sources to analyze and identify target prospects for company solutions; provide analytics reports utilizing Google Analytics and provide summaries to measure ROI and effectiveness of advertising. Other key duties include media research, placing ads in industry trades, managing advertising calendar and working with design teams and printers to ensure brand identity is protected. You will also support day-to-day marketing operations including but not limited to; managing the marketing inventory system including image bank and advertising contracts as well as perform general office work, liaise with members and third party agencies, handle billing and payments.

Requirements: * Entry level position, with a degree, or progressing toward a degree in marketing and/or communications. * Manufacturing knowledge/experience is a plus* Photo/video editing, highly desirable. Superior written and oral communications skills* Ability to translate notes and loose copy into structured advertising and promotional copy * Website building experience is very desirable * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Self-starter with solid problem-solving skills * Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality * Requires knowledge of digital advertising technology tools for web, mobile, social media, email. * Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Excel. * Perform other duties as assigned
