Job Summary
Join a growing dynamic team as an Insurance Broker, where you'll play a vital role in connecting clients with the best insurance solutions tailored to their needs. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for developing new client accounts, managing existing relationships, and providing expert guidance on a wide range of insurance products. Your proactive approach and passion for customer service will drive success in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Duties

Engage in outside sales activities to prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and territory management strategies
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance policies that meet client requirements
Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and upselling additional coverage options
Develop and execute business development plans to expand market presence and increase lead generation opportunities
Present product demos and explain complex insurance solutions clearly to clients, ensuring they understand coverage benefits
Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients and underwriters to secure favorable agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction

Requirements

All types insurance brokers welcomed to apply. Active license not required will will help obtain if wanted.

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the insurance or related industries
Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and territories efficiently
Excellent communication and negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for lead management and analysis
Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development techniques to generate new leads effectively
Ability to conduct product demos, perform analysis skills for risk assessment, and upsell additional services confidently
Demonstrated success in territory management, inside sales, retail sales, or cold calling environments
