Encore Funding is looking for a detail‑driven Adminsitrative Recepionist and Payroll Support to join our Full-Service team. The Administrative Receptionist & Payroll Support Specialist plays a dual role in delivering exceptional front-office support while assisting with payroll operations. This position is critical in creating a positive first impression for clients and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where professionalism and confidentiality are essential.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming and professional office environment
Answer and route incoming calls efficiently
Manage mail, deliveries, and front office operations
Maintain office organization, supplies, and reception area standards
Verify, match, and upload timesheets into payroll systems accurately
Support invoice preparation and timely distribution to clients
Assist with resolving payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the team
Perform data entry, scanning, and record management for payroll documentation
Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data
Support administrative tasks and special projects as needed

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced financial environment.

2+ years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or payroll support roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with payroll systems (ADP or similar) preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong customer service skills
