The successful candidate should be individually driven and competitive, as well as motivated to work as a team to achieve a common goal. This requires a candidate with effective communication and leadership skills and the ability to provide personalized member service.

The Business Relationship Coordinator is responsible for meeting with members regarding their business needs both in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs, and meeting those needs by proactively offering appropriate products, services, and guidance to achieve their financial goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides a high level of Member satisfaction, which may consist of sharing responsibility for greeting Members, opening, and closing business accounts, facilitate business loan requests, and processing transactions to ensure Members bank when, where, and how they choose.

Educates and advises Members on Bowater Credit Union products and services, including all loan and deposit types for their business.

Educates Members on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online and ATM offerings, all designed to make their business banking easier.

Refers Members to an internal team of experts when additional financial goals and needs are recognized.

Serves as an Ambassador for Bowater Credit Union in the Community with the purpose of promoting the credit union services while providing excellent member service for our Members.

Partners with leadership on new business development opportunities and fosters financial wellness within local communities.

Participates in all applicable training as required by Bowater Credit Union.

Performs other duties as assigned

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
