Full Job Description

Cactus Rose Aesthetics – Clifton, AZ

Cactus Rose Aesthetics is seeking a dependable, patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice. This position includes both clinical and front office responsibilities and requires professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills.

We welcome both experienced and new medical assistants who are eager to learn and grow in a medical aesthetics setting.

Position Requirements

Must be a Medical Assistant
Comfortable using EMR, scheduling software
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong customer service, multitasking, and organizational skills
CPR certification a plus
Comfortable participating in clinic social media content (behind-the-scenes, educational videos, event promotion, etc.)
Must pass a background check and drug screening

Clinical Responsibilities:

Room patients and obtain vital signs
Review and update medical history
Perform venipuncture and process lab specimens
Assist with procedures and patient positioning
Set-up and break down of treatment rooms following infection control and PPE protocols
Maintain sterile technique and OSHA standards
Manage supplies and inventory, stock treatment rooms
Ensure patient safety and comfort

Front Office Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule appointments and manage clinic flow
Check patients in and out
Collect payments
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Assist with basic social media engagement and clinic promotion
