Job description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving customer engagement and satisfaction within the automotive sales industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to effectively upsell services and products.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support.
Schedule appointments for sales departments while ensuring optimal customer experience.
CRM management, phone/digital sales prospecting, and managing automotive customer relationship workflows.
Utilize upselling techniques to promote dealership products and services effectively.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow up on leads promptly.
Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Stay informed about dealership offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

Desired Experience:

Previous experience in a dealership or automotive sales environment is preferred but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proven track record in customer service with an emphasis on relationship building.
Familiarity with sales management processes is beneficial.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Computer Literate and familiarity with CRM systems, and Cold calling is a plus!
Ability to prioritize high sales volume in a fast-paced environment.
