Front Desk & Clinical Support Specialist

Connecticut Medical Aesthetics is a premier medical aesthetics practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, clinical excellence, and natural-looking results.We are seeking a polished, energetic, highly organized, and customer-focused Front Desk & Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, cross-trained position where your primary responsibility is managing the front desk and delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment a patient contacts our office until they leave. When needed, you will also provide clinical support by assisting our providers during aesthetic procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

Front Desk

Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
Answer multi-line phones and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments through our EMR.
Check patients in and out while processing payments.
Maintain an organized, welcoming reception area.
Coordinate daily provider schedules and patient flow.
Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience.

Clinical Support

Assist providers during injectable, laser, PRP/PRF, and other aesthetic procedures.
Prepare and stock treatment rooms.
Assist with patient charting, photography, and treatment documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment.

Practice Support

Return patient calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly.
Help fill provider schedules by contacting patients due for treatment.
Assist with patient follow-up calls and appointment confirmations.
Support practice marketing by capturing photos, videos, testimonials, and social media content.
Assist with inventory management and daily office operations.
Participate in practice events, promotions, and team meetings.
Cross-train in multiple areas of the practice and assist wherever needed.

Qualifications

Medical office, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, dental, or hospitality experience preferred.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency and ability to learn EMR software.
Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
Team-oriented with a willingness to support both patients and coworkers.
