JT Cullen builds complex, high-requirement fabricated structures for customers who expect quality work done right. We support projects across nuclear energy, rail, power, mobility, and heavy industry - work that demands accuracy, consistency, and pride in craftsmanship.
We’re a family-oriented, 100% employee-owned company. We offer competitive benefits, an employer-funded retirement plan with an optional 401(k), and a workplace that values the people doing the work and the craftsmanship they bring every day.
About The Role
We are currently looking for fitters to support growing fabrication demand across heavy industrial, power, rail, and renewable energy projects. This is hands-on shop work - real steel, real projects, and real expectations. Most welding is MIG (GMAW), with opportunities to work in TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Sub Arc (SAW) depending on experience and project needs. If you take pride in your craft, we want to talk.
