Corporate Office | Gibson Hotel Management, Inc. | Knoxville, TN
At Gibson Hotel Management, we believe our greatest investment isn't our hotels—it's our people.
We're looking for an energetic, organized, people-first Corporate Human Resources Generalist who is passionate about creating an outstanding employee experience from the very first interview through every stage of an employee's career. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, love solving problems, and find satisfaction in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.
This isn't your typical HR role.
Every day is different. One day you may be helping launch a new hotel, hosting a hiring event, or developing new training programs. The next, you'll be collaborating with General Managers across multiple states, improving HR processes, recruiting for new roles, supporting employee engagement initiatives, or ensuring our company remains compliant and prepared for continued growth.
If you enjoy making a real impact while helping others succeed, you'll fit right in.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Corporate Human Resources Generalist, you'll play an important role in supporting employees and leaders throughout our growing hotel portfolio.
