Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Manager with 10–15+ years of tax and accounting experience to support a complex organization in the energy, construction, and government contracting environment.

The ideal candidate will have corporate tax experience in a Big Four or large-company environment, with strong knowledge of ASC 740, GAAP, IFRS, and tax provisions. Experience with EPC projects, construction, procurement, acquisitions, or energy/power is highly valued.

Key Requirements:

10–15+ years of tax/accounting experience
4–5 years of Big Four or equivalent large-company tax experience
Corporate tax accounting and finance
Experience preparing or reviewing ASC 740 tax provisions
Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge
EPC, construction, engineering, procurement, or acquisition experience
Experience in energy, power, government contracting, heavy manufacturing, defense, or similar industries
Regulatory and tax compliance experience
CPA strongly preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Pay: From $140,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oak Ridge, TN 37830
