Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly at the front desk and manage multi-line phone systems to direct calls efficiently
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information
Manage office operations including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record keeping
Maintain a professional front desk environment, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper signage
Handle phone etiquette with tact and professionalism while supporting office management activities

Skills

Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities (if applicable), demonstrating clear phone etiquette and customer support expertise
Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and record management
Familiarity with office management systems including multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping or basic accounting functions is a plus
Previous office experience in administrative or customer service roles; dental or medical receptionist experience is advantageous
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
