Full Job Description

If you have excellent customer service skills, and a great listener, multitasker, have high energy consider becoming a guest service agent (GSA). GSA is an entry level position that provides every guest with a personal, exceptional experience. Ensure prompt, professional and efficient operations at the front desk in person and on the phone. With a history of promotion from within the company and providing opportunities for personal and professional development, what may start out as a part time job can lead to a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

-Assist guests with luggage and valet, as needed

-Ensure prompt, professional and efficient operations at the front desk.

-Provide engaging and distinctive guest service.

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.

-Able to solve problems and multitask.

-Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.

-Ensure that the Guest Service Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and, or other departments

-Attend appropriate training courses, when required

-Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties

-Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

-Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation

-Assist other departments, as necessary

-Uphold hotel policies and procedures

-Follow all required standards and procedures

-Work schedules will include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

-Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly

Part time position available with the possibility of full time down the road.

PM Shift Agent needed (3pm to 11pm)

Required to have a valid driver license.
