Full Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers with medical documentation and administrative tasks
- Accurately transcribe medical information, including patient history, physical examinations, and treatment plans as directed by the physicians

- Maintain organized and detailed medical records in Practice Fusion EMR
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Enter data into electronic health record (EMR) systems
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
- Provide support during patient examinations and procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Excellent typing skills with the ability to transcribe quickly and accurately
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Knowledge of ophthalmology or emergency room (ER) procedures is a plus
