About Jeff's Motorcars

Jeff's Motorcars is an independently owned used car dealership that's been serving Stark County for over 40 years. We've been voted Best Used Car Dealer in Stark County eight times because we do right by people. Our inventory runs from daily drivers to exotics, so you'll be selling everything from F-150s to Ferraris. No corporate playbook, no big-box pressure — just a team that takes pride in putting people in the right vehicle.

The Role

We're looking for a driven, people-first salesperson to join our lot. This isn't a sit-and-wait job. The best candidate loves talking to people, knows how to close, and isn't afraid to build their own pipeline alongside the leads we generate. If you're already using social media to connect with your community, even better.

What You'll Do

Greet and engage customers on the lot, over the phone, and by text
Guide buyers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the sales process
Build lasting relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
Grow your personal brand on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with inventory worth posting about — we'll support you, and the leads you create are yours
Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
Work with our finance team to close deals and deliver a smooth experience — we work with roughly 15 lenders, so you'll rarely lose a deal to financing
Know the inventory so you can match buyers to the right vehicle fast

What We're Looking For

A natural communicator who can connect with anyone — first-time buyers and exotic shoppers get the same experience here
Self-motivated — you don't wait for the phone to ring
Comfortable (or eager) posting on social media to generate your own leads
Previous sales experience preferred, but the right attitude beats a resume every time
Valid driver's license required
Automotive sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
