Join Our Team!

Our busy, family-focused pediatric dental practice is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Services Representative to be the welcoming face of our office. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment families call or walk through our doors.

Schedule: Part-Time (Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday)
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits.
Collect patient information and maintain accurate electronic records.
Review treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with families.
Collect copayments and account balances.
Manage patient communications, including appointment reminders and follow-up calls.
Coordinate referrals and communicate with referring offices when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Assist with administrative projects and support the clinical team as needed.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

Previous dental or medical office experience preferred (pediatric dental experience is a plus).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable learning dental software and electronic health records.
Basic understanding of dental insurance and billing is preferred.
Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
