The Split: How You’ll Spend Your Time

This is a hybrid role designed for someone who loves variety. You won't be stuck behind a desk all day, nor will you be on the sales floor 100% of the time.

60% Creative & Brand Management: Social media content creation, coordinating with brand sales reps, event planning, and back-office logistics.
40% Community & Retail Floor: Working directly with customers, learning our product lines inside and out, and keeping your finger on the pulse of our community.

What You’ll Do

Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, capture, and schedule engaging content for our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). Highlight new product drops, share team vibes, and keep our digital community connected.
Event & Vendor Coordination: Help plan, organize, and execute store events, fun runs, and community outreach initiatives. You will also coordinate directly with vendor sales representatives to align on product launches and brand-supported events.
The Perfect Fit: Guide customers through a personalized fitting process on the sales floor, analyzing gait and listening to their needs to recommend the ideal footwear, apparel, and gear.
Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, restocking, processing incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, welcoming sales floor.

Positive & Community-Minded: You bring a bright, solution-oriented attitude to work. You genuinely love interacting with people, building relationships, and working collaboratively.
Organized Multi-Tasker: You can successfully balance your time between engaging with customers on the floor and managing event logistics or content schedules.
Reliable & Self-Motivated: You take pride in your work, notice what needs to be done, and actively look for ways to improve the store and community experience.
Availability: Willing and able to work some weekends and flexible hours to support shop hours and special community events.
