Job Description

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with strong backgrounds in machining and CNC programming to join our team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes to produce high-precision custom parts for our tube bending, fabrication, and machining operations.

Responsibilities:

● Program, set up, and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes, including loading programs, tool selection, and offsets.

● Perform machining operations on various materials including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

● Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

● Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure they meet quality standards.

● Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to maintain production efficiency.

● Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.

● Collaborate with team members on production goals and process improvements.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in CNC machining and programming (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar preferred).

● Strong working knowledge of Haas CNC controls, tool setup, and machining best practices.

● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

● Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and mechanical aptitude.

● Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

● Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.
