Full Job Description

Bilingual Front End Sales Associate

Clovis Steel is seeking a dynamic, friendly, and customer-focused Bilingual Front End Sales Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product inquiries, process sales transactions, and support daily front-end operations. Your positive attitude, communication skills, and ability to multitask will help create an outstanding customer experience while supporting the success of our team.

Duties

Greet customers, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming environment.
Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries, pricing, and order information.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Provide support with quotes, invoices, special orders, and customer account inquiries.
Maintain organized displays, stocked shelves, and a clean front-end sales area.
Assist with inventory-related tasks and communicate product availability to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customers receive prompt and accurate service.
Support daily administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
Previous customer service, retail sales, front desk, or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency with computers and basic office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Experience operating a multi-line phone system is preferred.
Knowledge of steel, metal products, welding supplies, construction materials, or related industries is a strong plus.
Ability to learn product specifications and confidently assist customers with product selection.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
