Join Our Therapist Team – Leading Edge Therapy

Leading Edge Therapy, a growing group practice, is seeking independent contractors (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD Psychologists) to join our team. We offer the freedom and flexibility of a private practice and remote work, without the administrative hassles. Founded by a UNM-trained PhD Clinical Psychologist and an Addiction Medicine MD physician, our mission is to improve access to evidence-based therapy such as CBT, DBT, and ACT, delivering high-quality, well-researched treatments to our community.

What We Offer:

Flexible Schedule: Create your own hours and work remotely—full-time, part-time, or as needed. This position is ideal for those seeking flexible part-time or full-time work, whether as additional income alongside a current role or as a primary full-time career
No Micromanagement: Work independently with minimal supervision and manage your own caseload.
Supportive Environment: Join a collaborative, growing practice that supports your professional development by handling the administrative work, including providing an EHR system, filling your desired caseload, marketing your services, managing billing, and handling insurance, so you can focus on what matters most: providing clinical care.
Competitive Compensation: Earn $46-$65 per session for Master’s clinicians and competitive pay for PhDs/PsyDs, depending on experience, client caseload, and availability, with potential to earn more based on these factors and overall performance.
Bonus Opportunities: Earn performance-based bonuses and incentives.

Who We Are Looking For:

Full, independently licensed clinicians (LCSW, LICSW, LISW, LPC, LMHC, LPCC) or psychologists (PhD or PsyD) from accredited programs to provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, etc.) to clients.
Training in evidence-based therapy modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, PE, CPT) and minimum one year of clinical experience providing direct client care.
Expertise working with niche populations: We highly value experience in specialized areas such as trauma, insomnia, substance use, eating disorders, and chronic illness, and are particularly eager to welcome clinicians with expertise in these areas to our team.
