FlexTrades is seeking experienced Stamping Press Operators to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain stamping presses in an automotive manufacturing environment. Candidates should have experience with die setup, quality inspections, and material handling equipment, with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting production specifications.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate mechanical stamping presses (50-450 ton).
- Perform die changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Load/unload steel coils and operate coil-fed equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections and document production data.
- Read blueprints, routers, and work instructions.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely.
- Monitor machine performance, lubrication, and oil levels.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of stamping press setup and operation experience.
- Experience with progressive dies and/or deep draw stamping.
- Experience with coil-fed manufacturing equipment.
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Ability to convert between metric and imperial measurements.
- Experience performing quality inspections and production documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on press setup experience.
- Progressive die stamping experience.
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Coil-fed manufacturing experience.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and productivity.
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $32/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half
