Full Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Administrative Assistant to join our team and help with the day-to-day operations of a busy office. The ideal candidate is someone who is organized, professional, comfortable working independently, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers as needed
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Organize files, paperwork, and other office documents
Prepare invoices and assist with payment processing
Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
Maintain organized records and documentation
Assist with basic bookkeeping and financial tasks as needed
Use computer programs and office software to complete daily tasks
Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining office organization
Provide general administrative support to the team
Assist with other office-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
Comfortable handling confidential information professionally
Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus, but not required
