Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse | Long Term Care | Clovis, New Mexico, United States. This travel, temporary assignment starts on 08/31/2026 and runs for 6 weeks. You will earn about $880-$933 per week, with guaranteed 33 hours per week. Shift is 3x12-hour nights (18:00–06:30). Setting: long-term care (nursing home). Local candidates only.

Responsibilities

Provide bedside LPN care to residents during the night shift according to physician orders and individualized care plans
Monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments as allowed by scope of practice, and document nursing actions
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse; escalate concerns promptly per policy
Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to care plans
Maintain accurate documentation, follow infection control protocols, and comply with all licensed practice standards

Requirements

Active LPN license in good standing (New Mexico) or eligible for licensure per state requirements
Education: Practical Nursing diploma or equivalent credential
Availability for night shifts: 18:00–06:30, 3x12-hour shifts
Local candidates only
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
Ability to participate in a 6-week travel assignment with guaranteed weekly hours
