Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HVAC Marketing & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, and print advertising, to promote HVAC services and brand awareness.
Manage social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Google AdWords, and other platforms to drive engagement and lead generation.
Utilize SEO strategies and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to optimize online content and improve search engine rankings.
Coordinate marketing automation efforts by implementing tools like CRM systems to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement.
Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials that align with our brand voice and target audience.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales teams, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing initiatives.
Oversee the design of marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality presentation.
Track campaign performance through detailed web analytics reporting and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Support office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records of marketing activities.

Skills

Proven experience in SEO, content marketing, social media marketing, and demand generation marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design projects.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent content writing skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to various audiences.
Familiarity with managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels including print advertising and email marketing.
Ability to analyze web analytics data for performance marketing optimization and reporting purposes.
Experience managing teams or collaborating across departments in a fast-paced environment; leadership skills are a plus.
Knowledge of CRM systems for customer relationship management and campaign tracking purposes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
A proactive mindset with a passion for research, innovation in digital marketing tactics, and continuous learning in the field of B2B (business-to-business) marketing.
